Simple Publish Script in PHP

I want a script I can use to publish a mini blog. It needs to be in PHP and can use MySQL to store entries. It will consist of two main parts. 1. Admin Panel I can login with a password only. I will land on a new entry page with the following fields: Title, Location, and WYSIWYG message box, and Publish button. The panel will include a link to the entries, which will be displayed by title only. The title can be clicked to edit the entry. Next to the title will be a Delete button. 2. Public Panel Visitors can view the entries by visiting the index page. the entries will be displayed with the newest entry at the top of the page, and there will be 25 posts per page. The top and bottom of the page should have a Previous and Next links to view older or newer entries respectively. Each entry will have the title, location textdate posted, and body. Notes: The WYSIWYG box should be able to process all characters and HTML; such as HTML links to other entries/pages/websites. I will use my existing header and footer files through the PHP include command. Please use basic CSS commands to structure the entries. Will providea 10 rating for good work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
