Project: Upgrade & moderize a currently functioning website I currently have a home-spun website that I created myself using Idiot's Guide. Its purpose is to describe and advertise dogs that we raise, train, and occasionally sell to dedicated Bouviers lovers. I would like to hire an experienced web designer to upgrade the site, with the intention of making the site's appearance and function more slick, professional, and appealing. The upgraded design itself would be up to the designer's professional judgment, subject to my ultimate approval. Keep in mind that I favor sites that are informative, clean and uncluttered. I have all the digital pictures, text, and html code files currently in use. I can provide as much of the existing code and information as would be useful to the designer. Prospective web designers: please review the site that I want upgraded, so that you can preview the scope of the project: [login to view URL] Thanks in advance to all bidders for your interest in the project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. I require all files necessary to run a fully-functioning website in Netscape and Explorer, including all code in ascii text-readable and modifiable format. Once I have all the files and have verified that they will run a fully-functioning site on my local system, I will upload them myself to the host and implement the site upgrade. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. I reserve the right to modify or have modified any code, files, or other product that you (the coder/designer) produce in conjunction with this project, and use your product and any further modifications as my own property, under my ownership, and without your input or permission.
## Platform
This site upgrade must run in Netscape (Communicator) 4.7 or higher and MS Explorer 5.0 or higher, under operating system Windows 98 or later.
