Upon command of a submit button from a web site, I want to call a function to have an initial set of waypoints (by address and/or longatude and latitude corridinates) plotted on a map. Usually, the coordinates are located within one US city. Once plotted, a user interface needs to exists that allows specific waypoints to be selected; preferabily with click and drag square selection box; bonus would be selection of points with a polygon selection tool. Once a subset of the original waypoints have been selected, that subset needs to be uploaded to a web server. OR I would like to able to call a function from a web server and pass my initial set of waypoints. The function should write the data to a S&T .est data file. That file will then be downloaded to the user's computer. Once downloaded, it is expected that ActiveX will launch S&T and open the downloaded file. Using S&T, the user will create and save a route before quiting S&T. A second function, issued by a submit command from the user, should retrieve the modified S&T data file. It should extract the IDs associated with the route and return them to ReceivedWaypoints(). Complete documentation located at: [login to view URL]

## Platform
Macintosh computers are plentiful in our offices; therefore, our preferred setup would be MacOS X running Apachie, php, .NET, and/or server side Javascript applets; it shouldn't look too different from a typical unix setup. However, we do have access to Small Business Server 2003 R2 as well as SharePoint and MapPoint 2006 if required.
