I require a website built that is used for a property development company. The succesful coder will have to design and build the site using thier own images for the design. I can supply company logo's only, the rest is down to the coder. The site only requires 5 or 6 pages and these can be a mixture of HTML, Flash etc. I require the following functionality within the site: 1. database driven page that uses an admin area for uploading, editing and removing images of property that are available and these images need to have a main image with two smaller images for the interior, these images once displayed on the site need to be enlarged once clicked on. I also want the images to be automatically resized on upload. 2. I need a contact form built that allows people to send information to the owners, this needs to have the following fields, Name, Address, Telephone number, email address and an empty field for them to include any further information. 3. I also need another sperate contact form built just to be used for a particular page that is going to be used for people who are wishing to sell property, same format as the normal contact form but only sent to an individual email address. In addition to this the site needs to look very professional and sharp, the site needs a good use of colour and well balanced. I will leave the design to the coders discretion and you can use any tools that will make this site look really professional. I have a domain name, Linux hosting and mysql hosting inplace and ready to go, I have full access to mysql and the webspace through FTP etc. I would be expecting that this site be complete within 4 weeks but If it could be done sooner I would consider awarding a small bonus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Hosted on Linux but if needed I can change this to Windows. Needs to run on IE 5.0, mozilla etc
