Create Flash and edit site

Need a flash intro that is professional and also which integrates with the site that is already there. The site is www.wlynch.com. There are few things I do not like about the flash introduction. What I do not like about the flash introduction that is already there is that it does not have a static page that asks if you would like flash or non-flash. The music is the next item. This must be changed or have no music at all. Maybe the sound of a shutter being snapped might be nice. Once the movie is over is acceptable. Need to incoporate the navigational links with the rollovers. This can be edited though if the flash introdction does not fit well with this. The navigational links are there when the flash intro. ends. They are for example, "Makers Mark", "food", "studio", "liquor", "people/places". At this moment these need to be changed to food, studio, liquor, people/places, articles, contact. Also, if you notice when you click on the "contact" link a page pops up (contact page pops up). Underneath of this a file comes up an address contact on the upper left hand corner of the front page (this needs to be changed). Would like for no pop up page to exist. But to go just to the page from there to the contact page. *This previous paragraph is somewhat confusing but will not take any amount of time to accomplish.* The last thing is that when the rollovers on the index page are passed over there appears some of our photogrpahy but almost in a pixelated format. Evidently the sizing was not done correctly. This should not be of any problem either to edit. Creation of a new flash file should take longer and will be compensated as such.
