Flash + SAPI

I need a Flash program that read from a xml file a list of words each with a corresponding mp3 file and jpg/gif/bmp image file. The program will display the word, image file and play the mp3 file. The user will be prompted to say the word into the system microphone. The Flash program will call Window Speech API. The SAPI sound recognizer will determine if the user say the word correctly. If the user say the word inaccurately, he will be prompted by the system with a level of accuracy shown to repeat saying the word. If the user say the word correctly, he will be prompted the next word. A score will be displayed on the screen for the number of word said correctly at the first try. The program will start running in a html page. The flash program will have a link for the user to exit the program. Upon exiting the program the user will be forward to the exit page link as entered in the xml file. Please support FLash 8,9,10.
