I am the founder of the #1 rated site in a VERY popular niche. I am also getting to launch a 2nd site that will offer services for this niche. It will dominate this niche along with my first site. The niche deals with internet marketing, so a general knowledge of this type of website is helpful (but not necessary) There are too many ideas that need to get implemented fast. I need to build a team that can help me get this done quick and effectively. My dedicated servers are all using Linux / MySQL / PHP Here are the skills that I am looking for listed most important first.: 1) PHP / MySQL You will write PHP code from scratch as well as modify existing scripts. We need to build Flash tools that use a PHP script that returns XML to get their instructions. Realizing that making pretty flash stuff is different from programming Action Script 2) Flash Graphics 3) Flash Action Script / XML 4) HTML / CSS stuff <--For updating and modifying my sites. 5) Graphics (Photoshop for logos, ebook covers, web page headers etc..) This one is a nice bonus if you have these skills, otherwise it is no big deal to outsource this.
