Good morning. This is my first time to your services. I have some existing code that is actually running quite well. It is a prescription writer and patient self registration piece that we use daily. The group that did it for me has fallen apart. I am looking to continue the project. This can be an on-going project lasting in excess of a year. We pay very well and on-time. The next piece we were scheduled to add is a fingerprint recognition system for the patients. The state is interested in seeing this and I am motivated to get it done. Due to the on-going nature of this project and the fact there is existing code, I believe this project is best suited for someone in the south Florida area. We are in Pompano and Delray Beach. Actually, there is enough work here for two and possibly three coders. If you wish to discuss in more detail, please e-mail me. Thanks, Doug Smith
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
This project is on-going and there is much work. I would like to do the fingerprint access piece next. Perhaps the best way to move forward is to come and take a look at what we are currently running. DS
## Platform
we are currently running in windows. Most of the code to date is delphi.
