Product Review System

I have an IIS Web Site which is designed to record feedback and comments against specific products. Bascially the site or should I say page is very basic and is boring. I want someone to make it more attractive to the user by using the web tools available to them. I also would like our company logo and a couple of images included in the site. From a functionality stand point I require the Product Sketch button removed and when the user clicks on Size template the information to be displayed in a seperate IE window as shown in the size template jpeg atatched. All the files that make up the site are attached. I must stress users being users it needs to look good ! The site will run on IIS. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform IIS
