We are an SAT Tutor company in the United States who needs a new website. We would like a flash website with a about 10-12 sections, and each section be opened by clicking on a button on a desk as the homepage. We will provide a super detailed project description and examples for what we would like the site to look like. In addition to the flash site we need a backend Content Management System built in so for certain areas of the site content can be updated. For example the about section can have the text changed from a backend login area. We would like a designer who can give us a fair quote, come up with a creative/innovative site but if we need something changed be able to make the change.
