I want a flash guru/designer to create a very simple flash header for my website. I want the final file very light so that users on dial-p connecion will not have problems.
**_Components_**
1. Logo
Logo here is made up of the image on a human head listening to sound [login to view URL] are concentric circles radiating from the [login to view URL] your artistic freedom to come up with 3 concepts to choose from.
(Please go to <[login to view URL]> to see what I mean by concentric circles radiating from the head.)
2. Scrolling marques:
There are going to be statements scrolling across as shown in the sample image file. Please use your artistic freedom to create an eye-catching way of presenting the information; personally, I like the effect on the movie, "The Matrix". So use your imagination!
what I have in image file is just to show what I am saying and should not be reproduced as final work.
3. I would be happy if I can change the marque statements myself...as what I have shown are just examples.
