Web design for online magazine

We need a design with some Flash for an online magazine. This magazine will have sexy photos of women but no nudity. It will have news articles much like a regular magazine. It will be geared toward African-American readers. We would like two or three mockups within three days after the bid has been accepted. The design should have room for about ten links. Please just put "Link 1, Link 2" etc. We would also like any text to be in dummy Latin so that it is not readable. Here is a link for the dummy Latin: <[login to view URL]> (the dummy Latin appears at the bottom of the page. Don't worry, you're not supposed to understand what it says). The Flash portion of the design should just be in the header. The remainder of the design should be in HTML. The only animation necessary in the Flash header is just of a slowly spinning chain. The rest of the header design can be static. We are a web design company that is outsourcing this project as overflow work. Because of this, it is important that it looks like the design is coming from our company. If you watermark your designs, please only put "Sample" or something else that does not have your company name. Please include examples of your previous work with your bid. We will not consider bids that do not have examples of previous designs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash, HTML.
