XML based Chart in Flash

3 D Flash Chart (Bar or Pie, depending on preference) to be developed. The data for the chart will be taken from an xml file or xml stream. There should be provision to drill down i.e. when user clicks on any section of the bar chart, further details of that section should be shown. Every section should have tool tip to shown details. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
