Custom Website Design (Template available) with checkout and file uploading functions

Hi all! I need to build a custom website with multiple categories with checkout and file uploading functions. I already have an existing website that can be used as template. This website will be for my printing company so I need to have file uploading and checkout function. The information that need to be put in the website will be quiet a lot but I have everything ready.
