Add API OVH SMS in our Html form

Hello, We have a HTML form contain : name, phone...and it's linked with our PHP code hosted in our website hosting so when the user fill all the form we receive the user data in our email address, we need to add a SMS notification to our form, so once a client fill all the form and click in the Submit form he must receive a SMS with our Phone Application download link. We need to send a SMS even the system phone chooses by the client in the form, so if the client choose that his system mobile is IOS he must receive our IOS download link, and if he use Android he must receive the APK - download link
