How can I check a if cookie from another site exists or not?

Hello, cookies are like Locks & keys. Each cookie that is set from a specific website is lock to that site. When you open up your browser it checks the cookie jar if a cookie exists fro such site, if one is found it is send along within the header request. If you try to check if a cookie exist from another site, that will fail. If you want to check if a site is setting a certain cookie, i can write a small program that does so.
