HTML developer with excellent attention to detail (508 compliance,SCORM, learning templates)

We have some scorm and 508 compliant templates we need to populate with content from PowerPoint and documents. You will be in charge of All content tasks like re-sizing images, alt text, and other naming conventions. Everything needed to build out this course. No design is needed but some photoshop tasks for saving out images properly. I think this is a few days of work and then some QA . You will need to be good with problem solving and figuring out how to take the example compliant course and make our learning modules from it. We need someone highly focused on details and strict coding compliance. We will work via jira and Skype. Daily releases and real time collaboration (as needed) Please bid 3 days of time. Might need more or less but this gives us a scale. There is no design work, and all of your html really is in understanding and interpreting the html correctly so everything is populated correctly and is in a complaint structure. We need to know communication is top notch (wont disappear), and that you have excellent attention to detail and can figure things out on your own (this all is very logical but will take some figuring out)
