Garage Pricing Web Program

Hi, I am starting up a free service which lists garage prices for cities across the country based on customer request. Let me describe what I need: (***_BEFORE YOU READ_***: Go to <[login to view URL]> to get a sense of what I am trying to do.) 1) I need the customer on my website to enter the check-in date, check-in time, check-out date, check-out time, (and maybe block radius) and then either (a) select the neighborhood where he/she wants to park OR (b) select an attraction he/she wants to park around OR (c) give an exact address he/she wants to park around. For (b) or (c), my system needs to give the 15 closest garages. 2) I then need to analyze their input and for my website to search for the nearest garages organized by either location or price. 3) However, as you may know, most garages have different rates at all times of the day (weekend rates, early bird specials, etc.). ***_For example,_* one garage may charge $16 from 12pm-11:30pm but $25 from 12pm to 8pm (as 8 may be a more popular time for the garage). They might have a special sunday afternoon rate for 3 hours but if the customer stays for 4 hours the rate is much higher, etc.** I need a program where I can enter all the different garages' multiple pricing information so that when a customer enters the hours they want to park and the location they want to park, my system can tell them the cheapest garages nearest to them taking into account all the garage's wierd pricing. AND I want to show them a map of that area with those garages on that map. By highlighting those garages on the map, they should be able to see the price that that garage would charge. I basically want this system to work with all NYC garages IN ADDITION for there to be an exact address AND attraction (such as Museums, etc) menu. So that the customer has 3 ways of choosing. ...(CONTINUED IN PLATFORM SECTION)... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) For me to be able to edit and add the garage information into the program you create that will automatically update my website. ## Platform ...CONTINUED FROM DESCRIPTION... I'm hiring you to create the basic website (I know how to make web pages so I just need you to just outline it and make the customer input page and the output page. I also need you to create a program in which I can enter the various garage information (price, location), and each garage's prices at each time of the day, etc. so that I can be able to change my website's "search" results when the garages post new prices. This program should be work side by side with my website. I don't know the easiest way to do this (whether its one big java application etc.). Please get back to me if interested.
