Link Building Campaigns

This is a very easy project for someone who knows what they are doing. The link building campaign will be for 1 real estate site. This is for Serious Link Builders Only. No Spam Sites, Link Farms, Web Rings, etc. I will need to vary the incoming link anchor text slightly for individual pages within a given site, and deep linking will definitely be needed. Note to bidders. Please do not try to dazzle me with SEO speak. I am a contract Search Professional. I only want straight, honest talk. I will require the following: The ability to see the URL where my link is placed in order to verify the anchor text as well as the validity of the site. No paid links Only sites with PR4+ home page No more than 25 links per page where my link appears. Straight links, no redirects or not allowed by [login to view URL] I can always reject a link. No link farms or FFA 1 link / per site My link should stay in those sites. I don't want to see my link removed lets say 1 year later. No Reciprocal links (link exchange) No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus) A per-link price is preferable, but a package price is acceptable. I am not testing the market - I am looking for a company that can get this done quickly and effectively. This will lead to an ongoing link campaign for these this site if you do a good job, as well as SEO and Link Building for other sites in our dominion. Thanks!
