vB Forum - Scan posts for keywords and gather Usernames

I have a specific forum that I am constantly scanning posts for certain keywords. Once I find a user that posts the keyword, I PM them with a template that I've made. The forum uses captcha, so I'm guessing I will still have to manually send the PMs, but if I were to have a script that dumps the user names into a text file, 5 per line, separated by a semi-colon, it would help out a lot. If you can figure out a way to automatically PM, that would be awesome too. One note about the keywords: The specific keywords have dashes in them, and the standard forum search does not search it as 1 word, but breaks it up into multiples which doesn't work for me. For example: "cat-in-the-hat" is broken up into "cat in the hat" which is NOT what I want.
