Iframing Website & Redirecting When Clicked On A Button Under Iframe Page

Hi, Freelancers I have a page that is iframed, the iframed page has got a button that says register now. What I want to do is that whenever a person clicks on that register button after filling the whole form in an iframed page, they should see kind of Loading page once they click under that iframed page button of Register and when it is loading it should not stop the iframe itself from being running on functioning when hitted registered button, after few seconds of loading they should be redirect to a different page not a page in iframe.
