Looking for a good MMORPG Developer

I am looking for someone to make a web (java?) turn based game like runescape - would like all graphics to be original. I would like the game to be based in an mythical world type setting with PVP and single player quests and rankings for the top players. Ideally the developer will make this his/her sole project... I hope any potential supplier will accept that I will make the first payment after I see some initial development and progress taking place, for both my own safety as a buyer and yours. Final payment will be made via escrow when I am satisfied that you are actually going to finish the project with delivery when you deliver the finished product. All bids that just tell me to check profile or are general in nature will be ignored - post what you have to offer me or don't post at all :D
