Please read the bid document and if you are ready to work together place your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. There are 4 shops. All the shops are already designed and are configured. You are not being asked to build or design a shop. This bid is only for developing the features listed in the bid document and to correct the problems/bugs I described in the bid document as well. Right after this bid is complete I will need your help to take the features we developed in this bid and implant\integrate these to 3 more shops. (new bid for this will be submitted). When this is done, I would be happy to still be working be with the coder so we can maintain/upgrade and develop more features. Maintenance requests for the clients are coming frequently so hopefully having a great working relationship with you is a crucial point for me. Please re-bid or reply so I know you all got this message. If you wish you can bid for the sent requirements plus implanting/integrating these features for all the shops (total 4 shops) so we do not have to open a new bid. I would like to select a coder today and start to work as urgent as can be.
