Some of the things that are required to be done: 1. Website Emails - Editable by admin, part of this is complete 2. Affiliate Forms, History, stats, and payments 3. Financial Reports for the site itself 4. Site directory with full stats 5. Advertisers Management 6. Shopping Cart - Paypal, egold, moneybookers and 2 checkout 7. Members Support Area 8. Language Support Admin features and some other things This site needs done asap and you must be willing to work on the site to get it done. If all you have is 3 - 4 hours a day to work then please do not bid and waste my time. I am looking for a single person not a company I need someone that has built sites from scratch and has built turnkey sites. I need someone that is honest and dependable. I also need someone that can communicate daily through Yahoo IM and will be visiable. I have other work to do also as there are other websites, so I need someone that is willing to do the work and not get missing for days at a time.
