Ad Tracking and Link Tracking

Hello coders, What we need is someone to be able to build us a php mysql link tracking system. We really are not sure how to go about this. If you have any good ideas we are willing to hear them. If you have a link script all ready we will like to evaluate the script and we could simply buy your script. The main feature of the script has to be able to cloak the affiliate link to something simple. We are using the dolphin script from boonex.com. IF you know this script that will be great.
