Advanced Wordpress (2.7) theme: budget ($800-$1000)

Thank you for your interest. I am looking for competent, experienced and professional Wordpress (version 2.7) developer who will be able to complete this project without any problems. I'm hiring on Monday so if your interested please apply for this project with any questions ASAP. -----------------------The Project------------------------------- I need a theme that basically works as an extension to wordpress. It allows the user to change many design elements and settings without having to know any php or CSS. To make this task much easier for you, I recently purchased a theme that has all the features I require. I will give this to the successful applicant to use as referrence. To avoid any copyright infringment my theme has to be completly different in its entirety, including the design, layout and code (Front and Backend). What I need is a theme that does everything like the one except with a completly different layout, design, code etc. I will also need 3 or 4 of my own added features to the theme but nothing too complicated. The theme stands alone without the need to upload any plugins. The user can simply upload the theme to their wordpress installation and thats it. The theme I will provide you, allows the user to change and customise every part of the blogs layout, design and settings. From the smallest hyperlink color to actually customising the layout of a post. It has over 130 areas of customisation using radio buttons, text boxes, color wheels and much more. Its all spread out over 13 pages using tabs and dropdown pages. You will need to be able to edit javascript, ajax, php, css, html and possibly other languages that im not aware of. I will also like all the code to be fully commented explaining what each part does. Having the theme that already has all of the settings will make this project much easier for you as you will be able to see how every feature and setting is coded and you may be able to cut and paste a lot of the code. Please remember its very important my theme can bare no resembelence to the one I provide you with and this includes everything even down to the css code tags and classes etc. I am hoping for about a 10 day turnaround, the quicker the better. The completed theme will need to be fully tested in the top browsers. The theme will only need to run on the latest wordpress version which is 2.7 (this is the version the theme I will be providing runs on) I will need ALL legal rights to the completed theme to be given to my company. but I will allow you to be quoted as the theme developer/s in the footer of the blog with a hyperlink to your website My Budget is between $800 - $1000. I will pay $800 for the successfully completed project with an editional $200 bonus only if the project runs smoothly. Also as soon as this project is completed I will be offering another smaller project. This will be another Wordpress theme project but this one will require no custom settings. My main requirements for this second project is a nice design and again I can provide a theme as a source of referrance to what I am after. My Budget for this second project will be $400 - $500. Please do not bid for this second project, I am only accepting proposals for the one project here. This second project will only be offered to the applicant and only upon the successful completion of the project working as an added incentive. You will also get first choice of any future update work and other language versions at a later date. I also have many new projects that are currently in the idea stage (large and small). It's very likely I'll eventually need a full-time coder and you will have first choice of this.
