JavaScript chart function

I like working on challenging projects which is why I enjoy working dedicatedly to every assignment given to me. Moreover, I have experience with Flex, adobe air, action script, PHP, Python development, cross platform mobile development in adobe air. Additionally, I have well-honed skills in website, desktop app development and can also work well with databases including SQLite and MySQL.I have worked with red5 server and developed application for chat, audio, video streaming. If you would like to use any open source / freeware, that has no licence issue, it could be done by your mentioned budget. But, as you said, it will be very precise, perfection / polishing takes more time than the development. Thanks for understanding.
