Kijiji Auto Reposted

I have a small home based business where I send out installers across Ontario,Canada to install home based services. I am finding it increasingly difficult to post advertisements across Ontario, as posting ads across Ontario are permitted, but I do this to help increase the traffic coming into my business, and run on a tight budget for advertising (kijiji is free) At first, I found it easy to post ads, but then after being flagged by other users,kijiji now blocks my accounts,ip addresses( I use an ip software) and email accounts (I create new ones all the time; big hassle and big waste of precious time) I need someone who has skill with kijiji, that can possibly create me a software where they can bypass all of kijiji's tactics, from their banning of IPS,banning of user accounts, duplicate filter and can auto repost without me breaking a sweat. I am will to pay good money to anyone who can do this, but I must see the work before I pay, "proof before payment" If you can prove it to me, I will pay you top dollar.
