magento front end developer

What I'm after is a customizable front-end/theme: I'll need to be able to change the wallpaper. It will need to be based or look like the website here [login to view URL] I'll require a button at the top with drop down options just as they have which will have generic links such as contact us, etc. The middle of the page will be a large scrolling module which will display my products. The user will need to be able to interact with the module, so they can scroll through it manually. A simple search box that will automatically bring up results as typing, and if they do decide to do a full search, the results should appear in the scroll module. I'll also need another button-drop down menu that will have our product categories. (clicking the categories should bring the results into the scroll bar) Upon clicking a product in the scrolling module, the user should be presented with a popup where I can put the product description, and shipping/purchasing options. ** I need the entire browsing and purchasing experience to be based off one page, so as simple as possible. All others pages such as contact us, etc, should be accessed from a drop down menu. ** Will you do the implementation and all that, when do you think you'd be able to have it ready?
