script or program required to do upload and process function

we need a bit that will allow customers to upload there image it will then check the quality of image and sugest a size for it to be reprinted at on to canvas it will then show them the canvas with there picture on and let them pck from the sugested sizes , then it must continuie to the next step and so on untill payment part ie upload then preveiw then pick size then chose colour alteration between full colour , black and white , and sepia then to choose gallery wrapped edges or reversed print edges or plain edges then it must go to final prievew and check out the check out must obtain there details ie name address telephone number email address then give them option tocheck out by paypal or google checkout or credit card via paypal google or by cheque in post. most importantly it must assign a number to the upload and to the order details so i no witch image has been paid for ect it must also forward me the details of the order in email or database ect would prefer email as i dont like dateabase stuff but which ever is easiest it must flow nicely form one part to next it must be unique not stolen work and must be mine and no one elses when done . if u think u can handle this then get in touch i do not want to read a big story about how u have been an indian designer and part of team for years doing this that and the other its boring and i dont have the time any replys like this will be imediatly discarded why should i take the time to read your copy and paste bullshit if you cant take the time to write a personal statement.
