Tropo bulk sms

Hi, We need you if you are an expert in tropo and its API-s. We want to create a small website with bulk sms sending option. Also we want to create automatic SMS-reminders so that I can set up sms messages in the admin area for future delivery. E.g. 1. sms- 30 min. after registration 2nd sms - should be sent 2 days after registration 3rd sms - should be sent 4 days after2nd sms etc.. Also we want to do manual bulk sms sending option. Manage users, and user data. We need an import feature as well. Where I can bulk import names, telephone numbers, etc. We need also this whole thing to be connected through a simple script with our current sms-service provider where users register with a short code.
