Administrative tools for Sports Team Web Sites(repost)

As a provider of web services to professional, minor league sports teams, we have a need for some additional administrative tools for our customers' use. These items are: 1 - An HTML e-mail editor that will allow us to use a designated HTML template for each team or league. Our listserver currently runs on Mailman (<[login to view URL]>) but since the teams' mailing lists are used only for sending of announcements, and not discussion among subscribers, perhaps another solution would work better for us. 2 - Game recap (like a news story) that is archived and allows upload of a photo (displayed as thumbnail on homepage with short abstract of article and full size photo the linked game recap page). We currently have a tool for this in place (I'll share the details and a URL with the winning bidder), but it doesn't allow the photo capability. 3 - Enhancement of current news release admin tool which currently runs on individual text databases (it was initially written in the late 1990s). I'd like to maintain the overall functionality, but improve on several aspects (including moving to a mySQL format). Again, I'll provide examples to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to function on a server running FreeBSD/Apache and utilizing mySQL database. PHP is my preferred format, but I'm open to other suggestions (no JSP though, please).
