Help on designing the architecture and generating the architecture documents for an application

This project does not involve coding. what I need is help and assistance from an experiences software architect to help me design the architecture of a new software application. I'm senior software developer and now I was put in charge for leading a project. However this project requires a formal software architecture documentation and design, and while I designed the architecture for various other software projects, it was made in a "informal" way; and this time it must be made in a more "formal" way. The application will be developed on NET. Since there is no code to write, deliverables are somehow "fuzzy". I need you to some up with suggestions and anything you might think is appropriate to convince me you can assist me to succesfully complete this. The whole thing might take up to one month, but as I said you won't have to do actual work, then just assist me (using IM / skype / shared drawing tools, etc), answer my email with explanations of details on what I have to do, reccomendations for tools I havw to use and eventual assistance to help me get started with them quickly. It is required that you will also have extensive experience with NET, because app will be written in NET and I might need also precise advices / reccomendations on tools / technologies / libraries needed to be used by developers which will implement the solution, and be aware about their advantage / drawbacks. This is just for consulting, since I have my own experience , and I will just need a second thought. One last important thing - it is preferable that the bidder to speak french, as several requirements documents will be in french. Thank you.
