Sales Commission Tracking System

We need a web based sales commission tracking system to calculate the sales volume and distribute commissions to sales persons periodically. Each sales person and manager can check one’s own sales volume and detailed sales info online from one’s control panel, and billing dept. will send commission check out based on each sale person’s sales volume. The detailed requirements are listed in the attached files. You really don't need to do it from scratch, but start it from one or more ready to use open source programs. For instance, [[login to view URL]][1] is a good open source CRM. If you build our sales tracking system on vtigur, ready to use CRM is a big benefit. Another good open source program is [[login to view URL]][2] , which is a nice accounting system and so can be a base. Accounting part will be strong. And [[login to view URL]][2] , contains some features of both vtiger and weberp. Please show some similar systems you have done to prove you are the best candidate for this project. I hope you have experience at CRM/ERP programs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
