Template Creation Tool

This should be a simple project for anyone who is an accomplished programmer and familiar with Serverside scripts and membership sites. I need a template creator program. One that you can load a blank html template into and then place tokens where you want them to go, by placing your cursor in the spot you want the token to be placed, and choosing your tokens from a dropdown box, that contains all the tokens from the most popular page creation software products being used today. i.e. Article AUtomator, Traffic Equalizer, Directory Generator, Metawebs, Traffic Hurricane, and any other programs that uses custom templates the program should be a serverside program and contain a fully functional html editor that would allow the users to upload and work with their own templates as well as use the blank ones we will give them in the program, and also be able to create their own from scratch, through the program's html editor interface. The program will need to be set up as a pasword protected member's site, where each acct is seperate and their data is saved to their individual accts to be pulled up and worked with at any time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform apache/linux
