Need a full re-design of template and layout and colors of [login to view URL] I will require mock-ups for approval before completion. NO FLASH, NO JavaScript, ALL HTML and CSS MUST PASS W3C coding standards (<[login to view URL]>) and all images must be .png or .jpg format (NO .gif) .css and html will be the only acceptable coding of the template and layout. must be web-ready. I am open to any and all design and color scheme suggestions, use your imagination. MUST be UNIQUE templates. ***EDIT** I MUST RE-ITERATE! it is CRITICAL that all html must meet w3c coding standards. So far no bids have been recieved that show any compliance. any .css and javascript must be external to the files. Ideally, a coder with experience in developing templates for smarty would be a great candidate. HTML is simple to write, because browsers can be very forgiving. I am not so forgiving. any work done for me MUST meet w3c coding standards. PLEASE check your templates and work at [W3C Validator][1] before offering it up for preview. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all templates must meet W3C coding standards, Images should be in .png or .jpg format.
