Magento development needed

1. By default, magento's layered navigation has a price option. The price range changes base don the price values in the search result. I would like to make the price range static: $0-$25 $25-$50 $50-$100 $100-$200 $200-$300 $300+ ============ 2. In Magento, there is an upsell feature for products. To use it, I have to go into each product record in the admin panel and select items that I want to use as upsells. I would like to do something that will automate this. I am thinking it would be nice to have a module that will run a script and auto populate every product record with upsell items. However, it should not just be random. There should be some criteria adding products to upsell. For example, it would be nice if the script would relate product based on one more attribute values. This way, if I have products with the attribute Color = Blue, I can relate them to each other as upsell. I could also select Color = Blue and Size = Small, and all products with at least these attributes will be related to each other's upsell. I am open to ideas on other ways to do this. ============ 3. I want to select products that will be presented on category pages as featured items in a grid. Example: [login to view URL] Notice toward the bottom of the screen, there are products as "most wanted".
