Banner and Text exchange modified/code clean up

My site is a banner/text exchange site. Some options need modified or code cleaned up. Most of it is minor fixes. The script appears clean in both user and admin and seems to work in most ways, but there a few things that definitely need to function better between the administration and the user My site offers advertisers different pre-set size banners, text, & flash banner advertising. Some of the construction and way the script functions is not working effectively. I would like to have the following modified or cleaned up: Basically, I need the following: 1. admin panel - Most of the banners and images work. However, not all options do. This is something I would like fixed to work more smoothly. When admin sets up (banner,text, flash banner ads) packages for the advertisers, I would like it to be an easier process. For example: Text packages are different than the banner packages. So, If I want to set up a text package (similar to google), then when I choose that option from the drop down menu, I want to be able to only view options relating to text ads. This is what I need modified or fixed. 2. admin panel - creation of price packages process changed to work more effectively with the zones, rates, and ads. The steps by which admin creates these packages is not working effectively. This works hand-in-hand with #1. 3. Better details of advertiser's and corresponding banner campaigns. 4. Text ads configuration options modified - this feature works hand-in-hand with #1. I would welcome ALL suggestions. This is what I see and need help with. However, you might have a better solution.
