Customised Video Portal

Hi I am looking for a company who can develop a video portal for me. Following are its requirements. We are looking for a video portal. Its a customized portal with other functionalities as well. Unlike a conventional video portal it is having a similarity of having a video upload with the conventional one. All other functions are customized requirements. Mysql 3. Configure of system must distribute (using ngnix ) of loads between of web-servers (Apache) 4. Using memcache is required. 5. For uploading video (flv-format with converting) use delay’s transactions. 6. Mod_rewrite for seo urls, proper documentation for its use and implementation 7. Web 2.0 design Documentation is a must for this project. You need to provide detailed documentation about where which code does what? In simple words every classes and functionalities has to be documented in such a manner that it can be easily understood Only bid if you have done some sites similar to this and can show it in your portfolio.
