Magento sql export product to data feed

Hi, i need an sql join from magento 1.8.1 that will create a csv file will all active products. the data base is with 10.000 + products. every product must include the price as it is in the shop with all promotions set in promotion area or in special price field and only active promotions. i do not want any magento api or classes, the entire select must be pure mysql&php. every row from the csv will have this: sku | category breadcrumb | price | name | description | manufacturer | image url | product url | currency | stock | guarantee time | if a product is in more than one category only one will be selected. no sku duplicates are permited the script must run under 1 minute and can write rows to a file or display them on the screen. thanks, have a nice day
