126345 Need a site like scriptlance

Hi, I'm looking to have site like scriptlance. I've seen many projects for clones. This would be with the following changes. The service being offered would be area specific. A person would need to choose an area first. 50 states with some states haveing 5-10 area choices. The persons bidding on the projects would also need to search by area as well. They should be able to set a preference what areas they will see. For example someone in the New York bidding would not want to comb through listings in California.. I would like to do escrow payments broken down into 2 stages when the site is up 50% payment. After the site has been tested and is live the following 50%. This is my first project on scriplance. If you would like references I can provide them through GAF. I would like to see demos before picking the winning bid. (they do not have to be customized for me). I can provide design mock ups.
