Joomla filesharing module for intranet server

I need a file management module for joomla cms. specific requirements include but may not be limited to: full integration to cms userbase (authentication) that might be further integrated to a php forum system at a later stage. - configuration of access rights per individual or usergroup possible inherit or conform to the site design/layout, if not, then easily customisable css code. frontend support for custom meta tags and if possible ajax input fields, and progress bars/upload percentage display optimisation for large file support. statistical reports and the display thereof through lists in frontend. with logs for backend full browsing and searching support This will be an intranet only server
