Modeled after Friendster.com, but for a different demographic

Looking for someone to design/develop a site just like [login to view URL], but for a different demographic. The site will be set up to eventually accept ecommerce such as Paypal and [login to view URL] after launch. If not familiar w/ [login to view URL], it's an online community/network where people meet other people through friends. You can post pictures, send emails to other people, invite others to join, view others' profiles through the network gallery, post messages on your network bulletin board, put testimonials (approved by user) about your friends etc. Site will contain all features as [login to view URL] but with different layout. Details would follow as site is developed. All features of [login to view URL] would be included in site and should be easily upgradeable to add features such as Photo Chat when necessary. The site will be able to handle large amounts of traffic. Site will be optimized for search engine volume/traffic and have banner ad capabilities. There will also be an ADMINISTRATIVE MENU that has a master administration interface that would allow me to mass-add accounts, add moderators (to review pictures and profiles if you want to allow them for paid members). It would also allow me to define current rates and view existing records and give you a printable view for my records (ie, tax records). It would also allow me to grant paid access for free (ie, for friends and the like). Have a moderation interface that would give a queue to moderators to either allow or deny a photograph (with or without reason, and standard reasons via a form selection). They can also recommend the deletion of an account which would be forwarded to you to determine correct course of action. Ability to email all members for things such as a' monthly newsletter' and other promotions. Once you are my friend, you have access to everyone I am friends with, and everyone they are friends with and so on. You can email anyone in the site as long as you are connected somehow. Membership will begin as free, but once there are a sufficient amount of users then I will begin charging for certain features, such as emailing, photo chat (eventually), and bulletin boards. The site will need to have an email verification and approval of terms and conditions for completion of sign up registration. Each user will have an editable profile and account settings. It's pretty much your basic dating/friend site, but you can only send messages to people in your 'network.' The profile will have basic questions to answer (or check) such as status: single, married, divorced, separated, in a relationship, just having fun, etc. as well as location, sexual orientation, sex, age, occupation, interests, what/who they are looking for. Each answer should be clickable to bring up other users w/ the same keywords. Distance search by zip code proximity. Users can invite others (members and nonmembers) to be their friends so they will be part of their network.
