Browser plugin for drag and drop words

A website browser plugin that, Activates a floating grid on any website within a browser. While in "activated" mode a user can drag any word found on the web page by simply clicking on the word and holding the right mouse button down and dragging the word to a cell on the grid. Alternatively, double clicking on each word will populate the active row progressively from field one through n. The ability to drag and drop between cells within the grid. The ability to update each cell manually. The content of the grid needs to be saved locally in XML. The definition of the grid fields needs to be defined in XML and be able to handle text, money, date, and number data types. Validation of data types when any data is added or updated. The ability to record a macro of "drag and drops" and to replay that set.
