Facebook Application - Armenian Language

I would like to know if it is possible to have a facebook application that will allow a user to write their name in Armenian or additional languages. The application will have a drop down at the top for different languages. (Armenian Initially) Once the language is picked, the letters in the picked language will be shown. (Armenian has 38 uppercase and 38 lower case letters) The user will click on the letters to spell out their name that will be written to? a text box. The information from the text box will then be copied and pasted into the? Full Alternate Name in FB. Is it possible and probably easier to create a webpage that will do the same? ?
