invoice software

browsing around the web, i have finally found a software for my invoicing (and management) which reflects exactly what i would like. unfortunately, the people do not sell this software. it's only available online, and i am not exactly confident about backups and security. **please read the extended description (= deliverables) before you make a bid or comment. it saves us time. :-)** ## Deliverables check it out yourself: [login to view URL] i want a software that does the exact same thing. same feature set (including multiple user accounts since i will share this software with my colleagues here) and of course a small administration interface to setup accounts and view some details (not many, no spying or anything :-)) the signup at sidejobtrack is free, so check it out. i am not looking to buy a competitor, i just want their software on my local network. i will later extend the software myself (or maybe we can discuss a future project). possible things would be templates (for exports), PDF, additional fields, more address schemes and currency converter (probably through yahoo's or Google's API). what i want is, that your coding standards follow PEAR, you should make use of OO, it must run on PHP4, i want seperated backend and frontend logic (templates, such as Smarty) and a database abstraction layer (MDB2). you can use whatever PEAR libs or PHP modules you think are necessary. i will be able to install everything later. if you consider buying software for this, please tell me in advance so i can fit it in my budget. please take into account to use as much PEAR as possible. (don't hack into it, please extend :-) it makes code review easier, saves time and therefor money. if we work well together, i will also provide you with my extensions free of charge and so on. i don't care if you sell this software to others as well, i just want the full source code once you are done. documentation is not super-super important, but a nice to have, please take somewhat logical names for functions, variables, classes and so on. phpdoc styled docs would be a huge plus for you. i don't have a budget yet, so i am open for your suggestions. this is more or less a private thing for me, please take this into consideration before bidding. ## Platform i run unix servers (freebsd), with apache 1.3, the language of choice is PHP4 and my current backend is mysql (subject to change, hence db abstraction). the frontend should be accessable with IE and Firefox on windows, but also with Fx and Safari on the mac. you can disregard IE on the mac. please make use of CSS and it would be nice if your code validates to the standards, but i am not too picky about html, i will just fix whatever i think later on.
