Need Professional (Business) Facebook Advice

I am the admin for a non-profit with a facebook page. FB assigns unique URLs to account (profile) owners, but not to the subpages or organizations they administrate (I'm sure they do, I just don't see where) Here is what I need: 1. I know how to create a unique URL to my profile. (don't need help there) but I DO need to know how to link a short URL ([[login to view URL]][1] to that subpage in facebook. All I see is how to link to the root (my) profile and, since it can only be done once, I HAVE to get it right the first time. 2. I don't want to "waste the name" and have it assigned to my profile account instead of the oprganization. 3. There may be other questions on managing a business and/or non-profit org through FB, so I don't mind paying a little for someone who actually HAS experience managing business and non-profit Facebook or Twitter sites.
