I need a website to be made similar to YouTube, but in Farsi language. translation is available if you need it. I want you? to use the chosen script by me . I need the website to be highly professional with capability of high speed? buffering , and the capability of watching from the middle of the video, and also setting up the servers and ? few more fetchers. I need the visitors be able to have the option of typing in English or Farsi. I don't now anything about websites so i am open for suggestions. I need the site to be introduced to seach engines too. ## Deliverables the script that i want you to use is promotion v3. ? I need the extra stuff like mega upload and other extras that you can purchase in promotion website to be instaled on the website. I need all the feachers on that script up and running , like music ,blog , and so on... and I want the videos and music files be undownloadable. I need an extra section for chating, and chat rooms all in farsi and english. as simple as possible with the least heavy programs .
