Hello. I need someone who can modify the open source real estate listing script. ([login to view URL]) Functionalities: (Some of these are default. I listed them here to explain it clearly.) * Free and featured listing (for owner) - Property owner registers to list a property for free. (default) - Basic listing can be upgraded to premium listing for a fee. Premium listings go on a separate page. (mod) - Basic listing can be upgraded to featured listing for a fee (mod). Featured listing go on the front page. (default) - Payment can be made via paypal or 2checkout (mod) * Free and paid membership (for visitor) - Visitors can view the listings without registering. (default) But cannot see the owner information. (mod) - Paid member can see the owner information and can send a message via private messaging (email address is hidden). (mod) - Payment can be made via paypal or 2checkout (mod) * Search Option: Add more options Sample: [login to view URL] - Search by state (mod) - Search by city (default) - Search by number of bedrooms and bathrooms (mod) - Search by type of property (mod) - Search by price range (default) * Listing page - Daytime phone number, Evening phone number (default) - Owner¡¯s email address (hidden in the search) (mod) * Email notification - Email notification to the admin/moderator when a property is listed - Email notification to the admin/moderator when someone upgrades to paid member - Email notification to the owner when someone leaves private message Everything has to be controlled from the admin panel. You will need to modify the admin functions as well according to the above mods. Close communication is a must You must be able to communicate with me via IM. I need to have a realistic deadline. I may have to cancel the project if you don't meet the deadline you promised. I need full copyrights. Payment will be made upon completion. I need one-month support for modifications, and 6-month support if there's any problem with the sites. I prefer someone whom I can work with on ongoing basis.
