Magento Site, 60% done. Magento Expert needed.

We're using this Magento Template: [login to view URL] The website is currently working with no payment and SSL set up. Product list is created. Right now we can navigate through all the product pages everything works fine so far. Products are listed on the site with all prices, descriptions and custom option etc. We can do test orders. What we need: I need some changes on the layout. Example: On the index page random or new product images show. I want to use separate ads (linked to certain pages) instead. Bigger image under the slide show. Then smaller images under the big image. On the category and sub category pages there are also some minor changes. At the bottom of the page there must be 12 links. And we want to remove the Magento link from the website. We need file upload and file download features. The buyer AFTER the checkout must be able to upload MULTIPLE files and I need to receive files with order info. We need SSL set up, Payment Method set up, some font-size-color changes etc. In the ENTIRE store, ALL logos, e-mails, telephone numbers must be ours. We don't want to send out our clients Magento logo or dummy e-mail addresses. You will set up [login to view URL] or PayPal. Our logo must be seen on the PayPal page (if we use PayPal). You will need to set up an html e-mail and newsletter with our logo, telephone number and e-mail address. Currently these e-mails are set with Magento logo and info. Invoice layout must be adjusted to our products. Right now the invoice doesn't look good with the longer product features. All we need a Functional, Complete, Working Website. I'm aware that most of these are very simple tasks for an experienced Magento Programmer. We want to work with a Magento Expert who has vast knowledge and has done many complete Magento Stores before. Thanks for reading this.
